INSPIRATION

   The shapes of patterns on the scarf were designed based on the sound waves of children talking about their dream careers. I transformed the sound waves into abstract graphics, so that by putting on such scarves, the children can be reminded of their dreams.

CONCEPT
    In the early stage of my design, I designed an App that was used to record some children’s voices and the sound waves were printed onto the scarf that was designed by myself. The App can also translate the acoustic waves on the scarf back to the matched prerecorded voices via scanning. Through this way, I am hoped that they can be reminded of their dreams by listening to themselves speaking it with their own voices. By designing such scarves, I hope that we can still remember our dreams we hand in our childhood even we grow up and never forget what we were fighting for.
